OUR MISSION at RC End-Time Deliverance Ministries is to guide people to a life of faith in Jesus Christ then on to lives that are fully devoted to Him. We accomplish this in three ways:
CONNECT…people to their Creator. We believe that people are made to be in personal relationship with the God who created them, through the person of Jesus Christ.
CAUSE…that people would find a purpose worth living and dying for. We believe people are made to participate with God in changing the world and impacting eternity.
COMMUNITY…provides people with genuine relationships that result in life change. We believe people are made with the need for authentic friendships with other people.
OUR PURPOSE at RC End-Time Deliverance Ministries is to reach people for Jesus Christ and bring them into membership in His family, teach and develop them to Christ-like maturity, train them for their ministry in the Kingdom, and send them out to fulfill their life mission in the world, in order to magnify God’s name.

The ministry was birth by its Visionary Apostle Rosie Cain and has been in operation since 1987. End Time Deliverance Ministries Inc. was established in the state of Florida in 1996. Apostle Rosie Cain amended the name to RCH End-time deliverance ministries on October 24, 2014, dropping the "H" in 2022. RC End-Time Deliverance Ministries is a Bible believing, Bible-teaching church that stands uncompromisingly for the inspired Word of God and seeks to apply the unchanging principles of God’s Word to the pressing problems of modern life, exalting its central figure, the Lord Jesus Christ.
The ministry purpose at RC End-Time Deliverance Ministries is to reach people for Jesus Christ and bring them into kingdom fellowship in him. It’s RC End-Time Deliverance’s duty and responsibility to teach and develop each soul to function as a citizen of heaven, then send them out to fulfil their mission in the world, glorifying our Lord Jesus the Christ.
